We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager.
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for corporate administration, bookkeeping, managing state and federal tax obligations, PAYG tax, superannuation guarantee contributions, and overseeing company finances. Your role will also involve streamlining office procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Corporate Administration:
Maintain and update corporate records, board packs and company policies.
Bookkeeping and Financial Management:
Handle bookkeeping tasks, such as recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
