Job Description
Responsibilities Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, and shopping Organize office operations and procedures Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease Provide general support to visitors Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements) Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services Plan in-house or off-site activities such as parties, celebrations, and conferences Qualifications Excellent communication skills Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position Job Highlights Temporary for an estimated 3 months, with potential to convert On-site in Palo Alto, CA Monday - Friday: 10 AM - 6:30PM/7 PM Scope of role: daily office management, expense reimbursements, office search coordination, and execution of employe...
