About the Role
Our client, an ASX-listed company, is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Administration Coordinator to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of a busy corporate office and provide high‑level administrative support across the business.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast‑paced, professional environment. You will work closely with senior leadership while supporting the wider team across administration, legal coordination, HR administration, investor relations support, and office operations.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, CFO and COO, you will be responsible for ensuring the office runs efficiently and professionally, while providing reliable support across multiple corporate functions.
