Overview

Our client, an ASX-listed company, is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Administration Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy corporate office and provide high-level administrative support across the business.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will work closely with senior leadership while supporting the wider team across administration, legal coordination, HR administration, investor relations support, and office operations.

Responsibilities
