As a member of our team in Milan, you will ensure the smooth running of our office operations, supporting administrative, HR, marketing, and compliance functions.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and efficient working environment for the Milan team.
  • Providing assistance in preparation of proposals and presentations for client bids and internal initiatives, ensuring materials align with Gleeds’ branding and quality standards.
  • Managing the issuance and record of invoices for Gleeds and coordinating with suppliers for their invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Assisting with HR duties, including onboarding, facilitating communication with the HR team, managing lunch tickets, and supporting timesheet and expense submissions.
