Office Manager

Contracta Group Pty Ltd, based in Sydney integrated traffic control and labor hire services, committed to ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations for all types of infrastructure projects, roadworks and construction.

Currently, there is a vacancy for a full-time position for an Office Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of administrative and operational procedures including integrations of Traffio work application.

• Management and control of company documentation, internal records and filing systems.

• Coordination of employee onboarding and induction processes.

• Planning, monitoring and control of internal training programs, including scheduling and effectiveness evaluation.

• Monitoring of performance indicators and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

• Coordination and allocation of employees to large-scale contracts and projects.

• Full responsibility for recruitment and training processes, including:

1. job advertisement

2. candidate screening and shortlisting

3. interviews and hiring processes

• Management and control of temporary employment contracts and external contractors.

• Providing information and support to employees and management regarding administrative and HR matters.

• Control of working hours, rosters and attendance records.

• Involvement in payroll processes, employee benefits administration and incentive programs.

• Support in the development of career pathways, role structures and internal policies.

Eligibility Requirements:

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction industry

Other Skills Requirements:

• Knowledge of Traffic Control & Construction Industry

• Experience in dealing with clients in this industry

• Experience with OH&S processes in the industry

• Experience using Traffio app.

• Knowledge of Traffic Management Plans & Traffic Guidance Scheme

• Client management, team management and operational experience

Salary - $76,000 - $80,000 plus super
