Dash Group Pty Ltd is a labour hire and staffing solutions company supplying workforce support to the construction and healthcare industries. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to support our Melbourne head office operations.
  
About the Role
This role is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office and providing administrative support to management and staff in a fast-paced environment.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administration
  • Coordinate office systems, supplies, and procedures
  • Act as first point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors
  • Support payroll, invoicing, and timesheet administration
  • Assist with staff onboarding/offboarding
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers

  
Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or senior administrator
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in labour hire, construction, or healthcare (preferred)

What’s On Offer

  • Salary $80,000 – $90,000 + super
