Our client is a Renewables energy company, based on Colombia, they are currently looking for a Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all front desk duties, travel arrangements for all Colombia employees, conference room scheduling, office supply ordering and stocking and CEO and general office assistance, It also assists on administration matters ranging from expat relocation to HR and administration duties.
Responsabilities:
- Book flight tickets, hotels and cars for CEO and employee business trips;
- Provide assistance to the team for presentations and meetings material;
- Provide translation services for both Colombia personnel and visitors;
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings;
- Coordinate messenger and courier service - Fax, scan and copy documents;
- Type documents, reports and correspondence, some of which might be confidential;
