Job Description

We are looking to add an enthusiastic and motivated individual into our operations team. You will be working within our back office to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of a consultancy office.

You will support back office, consultants, and leadership by managing office systems, people processes, and logistics while acting as the central coordination point for office, facilities, and administrative functions.

Principal duties and responsibilities

* Oversee daily office operations

* Answering phones/ Monitoring Info inbox/ Welcoming Guests

* Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities, and equipment

* Ordering office supplies (milk, fruit, Ocado, stationary, tea/coffee etc.)

* Coordinate office moves/fit outs

* Coordinate travel and accommodation

* Ad hoc admin (i.e. formatting CV’s and documents)

* Act as first point of contact for office related queries

* Liaise with finance/accounting...
