Summary/Objective:
Manages a variety of general office and administrative tasks in order to support the dealership’s operations.
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare and complete daily morning and evening deposits.
- Perform various administrative duties such as pulling contracts, entering information in VEH, making payoffs, finalizing deals for all locations and creating various paperwork packets.
- Complete payroll tasks such as approving timecards, entering driver pay, tech hours and finalizing payroll.
- Ensure accounts are clear for all stores and reconciling bank statements.
- Prepare various daily reports such as sales commission, attendance and more as-needed.
- Handle a variety of occasional administrative tasks such as balancing cash drawer, cashiering, CVR title work, purchase used inventory, answering phones, answering support questions, etc.
