Your Role

• Lead and grow our rentals division with energy and vision.
• Build lasting relationships with property owners and clients.
• Oversee listings, marketing, viewings, and deal negotiations.
• Drive performance and client satisfaction across the portfolio.
• Deliver the Roccabox experience five-star service every time.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English & Spanish (extra languages a big plus).
• Confident, proactive, and results-driven.
