Job Description
This role requires a highly organized, service-oriented professional who can work collaboratively with all levels of management, staff, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk reception, incoming calls, and visitor experience
Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, catering, and office events
Oversee office facilities, vendors, maintenance, and supplies
Handle mail, shipping, courier services, and vendor deliveries
Support onboarding of new hires, including desk setup and ID access
Manage office seating, floor plans, and visit calendars
Assist with accounts payable tracking and administrative projects
Ensure compliance with safety, facilities, and operational standards
