Office Management

• Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.

• Greet and host visitors with professionalism and warmth.

• Manage calls, mail, courier services, and general inquiries.

• Maintain and replenish office supplies, stationery, business cards, and pantry items.

• Ensure meeting rooms, office areas, and shared spaces are organized and maintained to high standards.

• Keep centralized tools up to date (e.g., email lists, birthdays, seating plans).

• Liaise with building management for maintenance, facilities, and safety matters.

• Coordinate logistics for meetings, office events, and team gatherings.
