Role Purpose

This role is responsible for delivering broad administrative, financial, and HR support, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations at a Survitec site. Key duties include managing banking activities, office management, coordinating with customers and suppliers, supporting payroll tasks, and the employee lifecycle. The position serves as a primary contact point for internal teams and external partners, covering a diverse range of operational and financial tasks to facilitate smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities

 Banking & Financial Administration

  • Bank reconciliation
  • Manual payments/FX payments, TAX/VAT payments and related tasks.
  • Month end closing procedures, . verifying everything is booked correctly, intercompany reconciliations etc.
