We work with global MNC clients across IT, manufacturing, automotive, media, and enterprise sectors .
We are now looking for a high-ownership Office Manager / Admin professional who can anchor our office operations, support leadership, and strengthen HR processes — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment and take responsibility for a small team ( 20 people)
This role is critical to the smooth functioning of Livewire. You will manage office administration, executive assistance for senior leadership, and core HR operations , ensuring structure, discipline, and efficiency across the organization.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day office operations with zero disruption
- Manage office maintenance, housekeeping, ergonomics, assets & inventory
- Handle petty cash, pantry, procurement, vendors & negotiations
- Oversee office hardware, IT coordination, documentation & filing systems
- Manage travel, ticketing, accommodation & logistics for teams and leadership
- Act as the primary coordination point for the Managing Directors
- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, travel & documentation
- Handle personal admin support including property, utilities & appointments
- Support leadership with time management, budgeting & coordination
- Manage recruitment coordination: CV screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups
- Oversee onboarding, induction, exits & employee documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave records, MIS & employee directories
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives & internal events
- Assist in payroll inputs, grievance handling & HR compliance
- Team Insurance , mediclaim , event insurance policies
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, reimbursements & filings
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements
- 4–5 years experience in Office Administration / HR / EA roles
- Preferably from service, agency, corporate, or fast-moving environments
- Graduate (B.Com / BBA)
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and other smart tools
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- High ownership, attention to detail & problem-solving mindset
- Ability to multitask, prioritise & work independently
- Vendor negotiation & people management skills
- Disciplined, punctual, and process-oriented
- Empathetic, professional, and confidential
- Comfortable working closely with leadership
- Someone who enjoys structure, accountability, and impact
- 2 decades of industry credibility
