The Offshore Office Manager will lead and oversee the India-based support team that provides back-office and administrative services for a UK-based social care company. The role involves managing remote staff, ensuring performance and compliance, maintaining service quality, and acting as the key liaison between the offshore team and UK leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Supervision:
- Manage, supervise, and support a team of remote administrative and support staff based in India.
- Oversee workload distribution, task completion, and quality control across functions such as HR support, scheduling, finance, data entry, and compliance documentation.
- Create KPIs and manage regular team meetings, performance reviews based on KPIs, and provide training and coaching where needed.

- Ensure timely and efficient execution of all offshore tasks in alignment with UK operational needs and timelines.
