Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, facilities upkeep, and space management.
- Manage vendors, office supplies, maintenance, and service contracts.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, meetings, travel coordination, and document management.
- Support onboarding/offboarding, employee requests, and office-related HR activities.
- Coordinate internal events, meetings, and company activities.
- Manage office budgets, purchasing, invoices, and petty cash.
- Maintain office policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Support ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks as needed.
