Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, facilities upkeep, and space management.
  • Manage vendors, office supplies, maintenance, and service contracts.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, meetings, travel coordination, and document management.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding, employee requests, and office-related HR activities.
  • Coordinate internal events, meetings, and company activities.
  • Manage office budgets, purchasing, invoices, and petty cash.
  • Maintain office policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks as needed.
