Job Description

Manage the company’s daily office administration, including but not limited to maintaining the office environment, procurement and inventory management of office supplies, ensuring sufficient supply of office materials and realizing reasonable cost control.

Coordinate the company’s meetings and activities comprehensively, including issuing meeting notifications, arranging venues, preparing meeting materials, compiling meeting minutes and conducting follow‑up actions, to ensure the efficient conduct of meetings and activities.

Be responsible for organizing, filing, and storing various company documents and contracts, ensuring the integrity and security of document information.

Assist in handling external liaison, visitor reception and other affairs, maintaining the company’s good external image.

Complete other ad‑hoc administrative tasks assigned by superiors.
