YOUR MISSION

  • To own the day-to-day experience, wellbeing delivery, and operational running of FlightStory HQ.

  • You exist to ensure the office runs flawlessly, the team feels supported and cared for, and leadership is freed from office and operational distraction.

  • This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who thrives on ownership, pace, and detail, with a clear vision for creating a high-standard, showroom-quality workplace.
