Office Manager

About the role

You will be part of the local HR team (3 people), and part of our global corporate HR group (+25 people).
We are a hands-on team that operates very close to the business.

We're not a policy factory or a purely strategic function. We're deeply involved in day-to-day realities, solving problems, unblocking situations, and supporting people when they need (which normally is every day for multiple reasons)

We operate in a dynamic, international environment where priorities can evolve as the business grows. This requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritise effectively in situations where not everything is predefined.
