Responsibilities
- Staff and administrative management: Supervise and manage administrative staff.
- Support senior management with various administrative needs.
- Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Office operations and maintenance: Organize and maintain office procedures, layout, and condition.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and order more as needed.
- Oversee facility management, including repairs, cleaning, and security.
- Financial and budget management: Manage office budgets and expenses.
