• With at least 5 years relevant experience in office management or administration

• Willing to work on site - Makati Office

Responsibilities

  • Staff and administrative management: Supervise and manage administrative staff.
  • Support senior management with various administrative needs.
  • Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Office operations and maintenance: Organize and maintain office procedures, layout, and condition.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and order more as needed.
  • Oversee facility management, including repairs, cleaning, and security.
  • Financial and budget management: Manage office budgets and expenses.
  • Handle invoicing and vendor payments.
