Job Description

As office Manager you'll be responsible for:


  • office management

  • agenda management

  • travel management

  • organisation & coordination of meetings

  • order of office supplies & catering

  • administrative support of the team



  • bachelor in office management, management assistant, events or any other related field

  • you have at least a first experience in administration

  • you are fluent in English and French or Dutch

  • you are proactive, autonomous, dynamic & organised

  • you have good communication skills
