As office Manager you'll be responsible for:
- office management
- agenda management
- travel management
- organisation & coordination of meetings
- order of office supplies & catering
- administrative support of the team
- bachelor in office management, management assistant, events or any other related field
- you have at least a first experience in administration
- you are fluent in English and French or Dutch
- you are proactive, autonomous, dynamic & organised
- you have good communication skills
