Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Monitoring financial transactions
- Operations & office support (admin support, calendars, meetings, presentations, expense tracking, invoicing, office coordination)
- Compliance & licensing support for agents
- Onboarding, training & agent support
- Relationship management with agents, lenders, and partners
- Marketing, brand, and outreach support (social, materials, outbound calls)
- Oversee the stock of office supplies
- Greet visitors at the office
