Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to support the operational, administrative, and compliance functions of our strata office. This role requires someone who can manage workflows, maintain high service standards, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of office processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality administrative support across the business, including accurate data entry and process coordination
- Review and refine office procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery
- Assist with developing internal policies and operational processes
- Manage insurance related tasks including renewals, documentation, and certificate handling
- Coordinate proxy forms, filing, address updates, settlement notifications, and access registers
