Job Description

We are working with a long standing business in the Oldsmar area that needs a detail-oriented Office Manager for their company.

This role is in the office, andΒ  we are looking for a person with great experience in office administration and QuickBooks. The ideal schedule would be 9am-5pm for the role.

Duties:

  • Answer phones for the office
  • Mailing all billing and responding to any questions
  • Submit order forms for parts
  • Make payment collection calls
  • Handle Data Entry and Bookkeeping in to QuickBooks

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational abilities and very detail oriented
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Can operate a variety of computer programs like the Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
  • Enjoys working largely independently
  • Comfortable being client-facing

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00
