Our client is a developer with a longstanding reputation for excellence across the region, looking for a highly organised Office Manager/PA to play a pivotal role in their operation, ensuring the head office runs efficiently and professionally.
This is a varied position combining executive support with operational management. You will work closely with the Directors to facilitate business activities and maintain a high-quality working environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Executive Support: Managing diaries, coordinating meetings and filtering communication for senior leadership to ensure their time is optimised.
* Operational Oversight: taking ownership of office facilities, managing external supplier contracts and maintaining high standards throughout the workspace.
