What's this role about?

Key Responsibilities

Office Management: Manage daily office operations including meeting room allocation, building access, weekly grocery orders for our communal pantry and fridge, maintaining office tidiness, and overseeing travel and delivery coordination for our stakeholders.

Building Management: Administer furniture/equipment inventory, oversee building contracts and maintenance, monitor utilities, ensure compliance with legal standards, and maintain relationships with the landlord.

Community Engagement: Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen team connections through community events, drive participation and engagement via internal communication platforms and social media, coordinate fortnightly community lunches, and assist leadership with company-wide announcements and All-Hands.
