    ¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

    We are looking for an Office Manager who is proactive, solution-oriented, and has strong common sense , able to make autonomous decisions and bring positive energy to the team.

    ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Organize internal events.
  • Coordinate suppliers, office supplies, courier services, and maintenance - Search and compare prices.
  • Negotiate terms and follow up on contracts and invoices.
  • Manage complete travel arrangements for employees (flights, hotels, transportation).
  • Prepare presentations in PowerPoint .
  • Advanced use of Excel (inventories, Fundae, administrative reports).
  • Administrative support in onboarding.
  • ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
  • High level of autonomy, critical thinking, and decision-making ability.
  • Flexible, organized, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Solid command of Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English ; other languages are a plus.
