Office Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of administrative tasks including accounting support, general office management, and order processing
- Manage invoices, payments, and documentation
- Coordinate schedules and assist with export-related paperwork
- Provide HR support when needed
Requirements
- Experience in administration or sales support roles
- Ability to read/write and communicate in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Flexible and proactive approach to diverse tasks
Additional Information
- Working hours: 10:00–18:00
- Salary: S$5,000–7,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus and benefits provided
- Remote work: 1 day/week after probation
