Position Title

Office Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide range of administrative tasks including accounting support, general office management, and order processing
  • Manage invoices, payments, and documentation
  • Coordinate schedules and assist with export-related paperwork
  • Provide HR support when needed

Requirements

  • Experience in administration or sales support roles
  • Ability to read/write and communicate in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Flexible and proactive approach to diverse tasks

Additional Information

  • Working hours: 10:00–18:00
  • Salary: S$5,000–7,000 (depending on experience)
  • Bonus and benefits provided
  • Remote work: 1 day/week after probation
