About The Role
As the Office/Accounts Manager/Personal Assistant at AVANTI HEAVY HAULAGE AUST PTY LTD, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing high-level administrative support to the management team. This full-time position is based in Albion Park NSW 2527.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing all office operations, including overseeing administrative staff, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating facilities management
- Providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leaders, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Handling a variety of confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
- Assisting with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
- Identifying opportunities to improve office efficiency and implement streamlined processes
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience with Xero accounting software is essential. Prepare accounts payable and receivable with Payroll & Super, budgeting reconciliation
- Must be willing to travel when required
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in an office management/accounts or personal assistant role, preferably in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organisation
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant office software such as Xero Accounting and NetSuite
- Must be able to process accounts receivable/payable, budgeting EOM reporting, payroll & super
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of work
- Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
