Our client, a well regarded boutique Law firm, who provides comprehensive legal services across various practice areas, is looking for a Team & Office Assistant who will provide essential administrative and operational support.

Assist in preparing legal documents, reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to firm standards Maintain and organise client files, records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations Support the billing process by preparing invoices, tracking expenses and managing petty cash General office management duties, including supply management, ensuring office equipment functionality and ensuring work spaces are kept in good working order

Candidates should be bilingual in English/Spanish. Relevant studies as well as a professional level of Microsoft Office/standard Tech is also a prerequisite. Ideally, the candidate will have previous experience in a legal environment (e.g. law firm, consulting or notary)....
