We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Secretary & Billing Executive who will be responsible for providing administrative support while efficiently managing billing and invoicing activities. The role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Secretarial & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to Partners / senior stakeholders.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Prepare, draft, and format documents, letters, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications professionally.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) and records.
  • Assist in travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
