What You'll Be Doing

  • Help manage schedules, meetings, events and daily admin & finance stuff
  • Keep documents, files, and follow-ups organised
  • Coordinate with teammates, clients, and vendors when needed
  • Support simple reports, forms, and ad-hoc tasks

What We're Looking For

  • SGP / SGPR
  • Someone organised, responsible, and detail-oriented :)
  • Comfortable with basic admin work, finance, digital tools (Google Docs, Excel, Canva, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Good communicator — friendly but professional
  • Able to multitask and figure things out independently
  • Experience as a PA/admin is a bonus, but not a must
