What You'll Be Doing
- Help manage schedules, meetings, events and daily admin & finance stuff
- Keep documents, files, and follow-ups organised
- Coordinate with teammates, clients, and vendors when needed
- Support simple reports, forms, and ad-hoc tasks
What We're Looking For
- SGP / SGPR
- Someone organised, responsible, and detail-oriented :)
- Comfortable with basic admin work, finance, digital tools (Google Docs, Excel, Canva, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Good communicator — friendly but professional
- Able to multitask and figure things out independently
- Experience as a PA/admin is a bonus, but not a must
