Office Sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Office Sales Executive with 0–1 year of experience to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in sales. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our products/services to customers, following up on leads, and supporting the overall sales operations from our office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally and efficiently.
• Explain products or services to potential customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Maintain basic sales records and update customer databases accurately.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and processes.

Work Location:
• This is an onsite position based in either Trivandrum, Kerala or Valliyoor, Tamil Nadu.
• Candidates must be willing to work from the office as required.
