Our client, a well-established law firm with a strong reputation, is seeking an Office Services Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, service-oriented, and takes pride in supporting colleagues across the firm. The position is fully in office.
Responsibilities
- Provide general office services support across the firm, including facilities-related tasks and day-to-day operational needs.
- Forward messages, distribute mail, courier packages, and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Assist with printing, scanning, copying, filing, and other paperwork as required.
- Support meeting room setup, office moves, and basic facilities coordination.
- Assist with supply inventory, ordering, and restocking as needed.
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal service requests.
- Provide ad hoc support to various departments and assist with special projects as required.
