We are seeking a part-time (20 hours/week) Office Services Coordinator for a one-year, in-person contract.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Support the Country Manager in daily administrative and operational tasks

  • Act as the main point of contact for office-related matters

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities

  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and team-events

  • Support month-end reporting and assist in the preparation of presentations and business reviews
