Job Description

Send accurate and timely purchase orders to suppliers based on internal requisitions and project requirements.



Must have proficiency in basic MS Office applications for purchase order management and documentation.



Perform market research and request quotations to compare pricing, quality, and lead times, ensuring optimal purchasing decisions.



Arrange and monitor supplier deliveries to ensure they are aligned with the client's purchase order specifications and agreed timelines.



Verify received materials against purchase order and delivery receipts; address any discrepancies or delays promptly



QUALIFICATIONS:



Must be a graduate of any four-year degree program



With relevant work experience



With purchasing experience
