We're seeking a reliable and detail driven Office Support Worker to help ensure our clients receive timely and accurate support during a vulnerable time in their lives.
The Role
This entry-level, hands‑on role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure and precision. Reporting to the Office Manager you’ll be responsible for compiling medical documentation, assisting with application processing, and managing case‑related communication.

- Werribee location (on site, not remote)
Key Responsibilities
- Collate, format, and quality‑check medical specialist reports
- Scan, photocopy, and paginate application documents for professional presentation
- Prepare and distribute reports to medical clinics, clients, and other third parties
- Ensure accurate content on key report pages
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Respond to client enquiries and support them through their application journey
About You
- Organised, meticulous, and comfortable working with sensitive data
- A confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital systems
- Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn
- Interested in working in a meaningful, client‑facing admin role
