Job Description
Overview Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently. Performs full range of on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on assigned products (KM MFP and printers & Non-KM printers HP, Lexmark, etc.) as well as equipment installation/ de-installations, configure and troubleshoot networking issues (Printing and Scanning) on Windows/MAC OS, load print drivers, clone files, transfer address books, and performed firmware upgrades. Travel locally on a daily basis to various customer sites while managing territory work volume and maintaining a high level of customer communication and satisfaction. Occasionally travel outside of the local area for training. Communicate with management on customer or field issues. Successful completion of training classes and effective servicing of those products, with the ability to requests assistance when necessary to meet customer demands.
