  • You draft meeting checklists to ensure all agenda items are covered.
  • You draft meeting minutes to capture discussions and decisions accurately.
  • You draft compliance reports to support regulatory and internal requirements.
  • You attend client telecalls and contribute to discussions as needed.
  • You prepare onboarding packs for new clients.
  • You prepare compliance calendars to track key deadlines and obligations.
  • You update and maintain internal records and trackers.
  • You create and update meeting invites using the central mailbox.
  • You collate MAS correspondences for clients.
  • You draft and review compliance-related policies, procedures, assessments, and checklists.
  • You handle any other ad hoc requests that arise.
