- You draft meeting checklists to ensure all agenda items are covered.
- You draft meeting minutes to capture discussions and decisions accurately.
- You draft compliance reports to support regulatory and internal requirements.
- You attend client telecalls and contribute to discussions as needed.
- You prepare onboarding packs for new clients.
- You prepare compliance calendars to track key deadlines and obligations.
- You update and maintain internal records and trackers.
- You create and update meeting invites using the central mailbox.
- You collate MAS correspondences for clients.
- You draft and review compliance-related policies, procedures, assessments, and checklists.
- You handle any other ad hoc requests that arise.
