You draft meeting checklists to ensure all agenda items are covered.You draft meeting minutes to capture discussions and decisions accurately.You draft compliance reports to support regulatory and internal requirements.You attend client telecalls and contribute to discussions as needed.You prepare onboarding packs for new clients.You prepare compliance calendars to track key deadlines and obligations.You update and maintain internal records and trackers.You create and update meeting invites using the central mailbox.You collate MAS correspondences for clients.You draft and review compliance-related policies, procedures, assessments, and checklists.You handle any other ad hoc requests that arise.WHAT WE OFFER
