Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain records in internal systems, ensuring data completeness and consistency.
  • Review source documents and perform cross-checks to verify accuracy of information. Identify data gaps, duplications, or inconsistencies and apply corrective actions.
  • Assist in developing and applying data quality control procedures to maintain data integrity across various systems and reports.
  • Track and monitor Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows, report anomalies, and work with supervisors or technical teams to troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain organized records of processed data and support the generation of routine and ad hoc reports.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in data workflows and suggesting practical enhancements.
