Job Description:

• Create, modify, and manage user accounts (Active Directory, email IDs, and other applications).
• Perform server administration , monitoring server performance, backups, and system uptime.
• Handle IT troubleshooting related to hardware, software, network, printers, and applications.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues within defined timelines.
• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure , including desktops, laptops, switches, and network devices.
• Ensure data backup, security, and access control as per company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and AMC support.
• Assist in IT documentation , asset management, and system audits.
• Support compliance requirements relevant to the pharmaceutical industry (data integrity, access control, etc.).
• Assist in system upgrades, installations, and preventive maintenance activities.
