Our client is one leading insurance organization with stable expansion across the globe.

  • Prepare and keep track of placement documentations (including slips, endorsements and wordings) to those issues are in compliance with company guidelines, industry regulations and relevant markets
  • Provide support on underwriting related administrative tasks including but not limited account creation, filing, etc.
  • Prepare Cover Notes based on placement slips
  • Take up adhoc duties when needed
  • Requirement: :
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies
  • 2+ years of experience in broking support and/or underwriting function gained from insurance industry
  • Strong numerical sense, independent, outgoing, organized, good communication
  • Knowledge in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
