Job Description

1.Duties & Responsibilities:

a. Induction: Orient new recruits appointed in Head Office in co-ordination with manager. Co-ordinate process orientation for applicable positions.

b.Responsibilities related to Internal Trainings:

  • Statutory Trainings:
    • Regular tracking of % of people to be trained at units in Statutory Trainings (Social compliance, First Aid, Safety, EHS, HIGG, STEP, SLCP, etc)
    • Ensure that statutory trainings are conducted as per the requirement in co-ordination with units & compliance department
    • Ensure necessary documentation regards to the same

·Non-Statutory Trainings:

o Assist in identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with HODs and concerned departments
