Job Description:

Qualification: 
1. Full time B.Sc. from a reputed Institution
2. Preferably Diploma in Warehouse / Inventory Management

Experience/ Exposure: 
1. 5 - 8 years of total experience
2. 4 - 6 years in Pharma Industry

Key Technical Skills:
• Knowledge on Quality Assurance, cGMP, GDP
• Regulatory requirements under ICH Q7 / Schedule M of D&C Act
• Inventory Management (implement control systems, monitor stock levels & timely replenishment, stock reconciliation)
• Customs documentation for export & imports

Role & Responsibilities: (Key accountability areas)
• Inventory Management incl. stock level monitoring, cycle count, stock reconciliation
• Ensure timely replenishment of stock
• Ensure safe handling of material

• Coordinate with domestic & overseas suppliers for on time in full supplies with compliant documentation
• Coordinate with Customs Clearing Agents for clearance of import & export cargo
• Dispensing of material
• Dispatch of Finished Goods and preparation of documents like Invoice, Packing List
• Participate in & facilitate inspections, audits
• Maintain Warehouses area in clean and compliant condition to regulatory requirements

Additional/ Preferrable Skills:
• Risk Assessment, Investigation
• Review of documents like SOP / Work Instruction
• Operator level knowledge in COUPA, Navision, SAP
• Exposure in EDMS, LMS
