Ahana, a Harvard Business School graduate with a B.Tech from IIT Bombay, is a firm believer in the power of compounding—both in her career and personal life. Role Overview:


The Offline Sales Head has to lead GT and MT channels both and will own complete offline sales performance, including revenue growth, distribution expansion, retail execution, and key account relationships. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong execution capability in the food/FMCG category.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead GT and MT channels both, owning offline sales targets and growth
  • Drive revenue, volume, and distribution expansion across offline retail
  • Manage distributors, stockists, and key retail partners
  • Lead listings, negotiations, commercials, schemes, and trade promotions
  • Ensure strong in-store execution, visibility, and product availability
  • Drive secondary sales and improve sell-through
  • Execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
  • Monitor margins, trade spends, and channel profitability
  • Build, mentor, and manage the offline sales team
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS, and performance reviews
  • Track market trends, competition, and consumer insights


Key Requirements

  • 5–6 years of experience leading GT and MT channels both in Food/FMCG
  • Strong distributor and key account management experience
  • Proven ability to scale offline sales in high-growth environments
  • Hands-on, execution-focused mindset
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
