Job Description
- Execute paramedic responsibilities in accordance with guidelines, set by Iraqi Ministry of Health and Jawar Al Khaleej standard operating procedures for Paramedic duties.
- Assess, treat, manage, or refer patients, and, when necessary, transport them to alternative treatment pathways in accordance with the nature and severity of their condition.
- As an autonomous practitioner, you will be responsible for utilizing local care pathways in conjunction with local initiatives to promote see and treat, and to reduce inappropriate conveyance and subsequent Emergency Department (ED) admissions, when clinically safe.
- Capacity to coordinate and supervise the scene of a complex incident during the initial phases until the arrival of a Manager/Commander. This could entail the organization or management of patients, bystanders, or other responding services.
