OFSS Consulting Implementation & Support Manager (Banking)

This manager-level position is responsible for a segment within a given practice focused on a specific industry, service line, technology center, specialty area or region. Responsible for managing the three main pillars of a practice: people management, portfolio/delivery management and sales enablement. Has profit and loss responsibility or financial/expense management of practice.

• At least 4-6 years of experience in a techno-functional capacity implementing or designing banking financial solutions in a regional or global financial institution.
• Project and program management experience, including transformation, migration and solution deployment projects in Banking domain.
• Experience in planning, estimating, staffing, organizing, and working on multiple projects.
• Usage of tools for story boarding, screen mock-up, workflow depiction.
