Basic Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. OIC Development & Architecture ( Gen 3)
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end integration solutions usingOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen 3 , ensuring high availability and error handling.
Lead migration efforts from OIC Gen 2 to Gen 3, including refactoring integrations to utilize Gen 3’s project-based architecture and improved connectivity features.
Configure and manage Oracle Cloud Adapters (ERP, HCM, SCM, Salesforce, REST/SOAP) to ensure seamless data flow between SaaS, PaaS, and on-premise applications.
Implement complex orchestration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous) and lookups to map cross-functional business processes.
2. Robotic Process Automation (OIC RPA)
Identify opportunities for automation where APIs are unavailable and implementOIC Native RPA (Robots) to handle UI-based interactions.
Design, record, and configure software robots within the OIC ecosystem to automate repetitive manual tasks (e.g., legacy system data entry, document scraping).
Orchestrate hybrid workflows that combine API-based integrations with RPA bots to achieve end-to-end process automation.
3. UiPath & Automation Strategy
Preferred:Integrate OIC withUiPath orchestrators to trigger advanced external bots or consume UiPath processes within OIC flows.
Assess existing UiPath automations for potential migration to OIC Native RPA to consolidate licensing and infrastructure where applicable.
4. Integration & Workflow Automation
Fusion ERP Integration: Build integrations usingOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to map extracted JSON data (Vendor Name, Invoice Amount, Date) directly into Oracle Fusion ERP tables.
API Orchestration: Develop Python scripts or OCI Functions to trigger the Document Understanding REST APIs whenever a new file lands in an Object Storage bucket.
Exception Handling: Design workflows (using OCI Process Automation) that route "low confidence" extractions to a human manager for manual review before data is committed to the ledger.
5. Operations & Monitoring
Utilize OIC Observability tools to monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures, and optimize performance (specifically addressing Gen 3 performance tuning).
Manage connectivity agents for on-premise integrations, ensuring secure communication tunnels.
